But did you know Breitling also has a long history of classic maritime watches? The Superocean 42 is faithful to that history, while giving it a thoroughly modern twist.

The Superocean 42 features a black bezel with thin ceramic inlays, Super-Luminova coating on the hands and indexes, and a distinctive minute track around the outside of the bezel. With its polished and brushed steel finish and sporty rubber strap, the Superocean 42 is ready for anything. It’s sturdy enough to withstand salt water, sand, and shocks, yet light enough for daily wear.

The rubber strap allows for fine adjustment, which means you can get the perfect fit whether you’re planning to wear your Superocean on a diving expedition, a holiday, or to a meeting.

When Scuba Diving got popular in the 1950s, Breitling was ready to step in.
